A kid in Indiana who couldn’t quite solve his math homework crunched the numbers — and determined that the answer was 911.
That’s the number that the third grader, identified only as Sebastian, dialed when he hit the wall during his nightly lessons. The boy, a cancer survivor known to locals, told dispatcher Antonia Bundy. “I just had a really bad day — tons of homework and it’s really hard.”
Officer Bundy stayed on the line with the eight-year-old and walked him through the math problem that was giving him trouble, and he thanked her, then apologized. Incidentally, they teamed up to get the answer right.
