There’s a man that’s been caught on camera pooping in an alleyway in a neighborhood in Denver, Colorado. What is wrong with people? Neighbors are outraged, but local authorities say they would normally investigate, but that they are overstretched currently and usually provide clean-up guidance to property owners on how to safely remove feces.
