One Blake Shelton fan in Las Vegas got the surprise of her life while taking her chances on the superstar’s new slot machine earlier this week. The Blake-themed machine is brand new at Planet Hollywood so naturally Blake wanted to check it out while hanging with his girlfriend, Gwen Stefani, who was there to perform her as part of her Just A Girl residency.
