#TBT – Restless Heart – I’ll Still Be Loving You

Remember this tune? It was the #1 song in country music the week of March 21st back in 1987.

It was released in January 1987 as the second single from the album, Wheels. It went to number 1 for one week and spent 25 weeks on the Hot Country Singles chart.

The single also was a smash hit on the Adult Contemporary chart and gave the band their first exposure on the pop charts, where it became their first top 40 single.

It was the last country song to cross over to the Billboard Hot 100 until Billy Ray Cyrus’ Achy Breaky Heart five years later.
